After the police investigation, the charge sheet against Ershadul has already been filed in the court.

The housewife's husband complained that Ershadul was in jail for a while in a rape case. After getting out on bail, he often harassed his wife. Ershadul entered their house when he went to the market on Monday evening. Ershadul then tried to rape his wife. When his wife screamed, Ershadul ran away. In the evening Ershadul again went to their house and tried to rape his wife. At this time, to save herself, his wife attacked Ershadul with a sharp weapon in the house. Ershadul Ahtan in it. When he came on bail in that case and tried to rape the housewife again, he attacked Ershadul. He died this morning while undergoing treatment at the hospital. The housewife was arrested at night on the charge of killing Ershad. In this incident, Ershadul's relatives have become plaintiffs and the murder case is being prepared at the police station.

Kichak Union Awami League President Mosharf Hossain confirmed Ershadul's political position and said that Ershadul was the president of Ward No. 7 of Kichak Union Awami League.
