Donald Trump's company is going to be punished for tax evasion

Former US President Donald Trump's company is going to be punished after 15 years of tax evasion allegations have been proven. A New York state judge will impose the sentence on Friday local time. Reuters news.

Trump's company faces a maximum fine of $1.6 million, according to Reuters. However, Trump's company said it will appeal. 

Earlier, the Manhattan court in New York found 'The Trump Organization' guilty of tax evasion. 

The company, owned by former US President Donald Trump, was accused of tax evasion for 15 years. It operates hotels, golf courses and accommodation businesses worldwide. 

Donald Trump has faced several legal problems since Joe Biden came to power. The FBI also claimed to have seized state secrets after searching his home in Florida. 

'The Trump Organization' mainly deals in real estate. Donald Trump became a billionaire through this. At one point, he became a reality show star on television. The 76-year-old billionaire also ascended to the White House.
